World's Largest Holstein Cow.  Not the usual fare for PlacesOnLine, but it is a well-designed site that gives the viewer a good sense of this place near New Salem. "Salem Sue" was constructed in 1974 by the New Salem Lions Club to honor and advertize the dairy industry in the area.  Sue is situated on a hill and is visible for miles around.  [ccr]
